WGAC advises two student organizations at CSU.
Campus Feminist Alliance
Campus Feminist Alliance (CFA) exist to further human rights activism in the community through a feminist lens. CFA's main event is Take Back the Night, a community march put on every year to raise awareness of sexual violence. Take Back the Night begins with a speak-out in which survivors are encouraged to empower themselves by sharing their stories and breaking the silence. The speak out is followed by a march downtown and a rally. Campus Feminist Alliance meets weekly to form an inclusive and safe space to discuss social political feminist ideologies and issues.
